Domino's Pizza

Does Kendallville have like 5 other pizza places, yes! Was I ecstatic when we got a Domino's? A billion percent YES! I love all the sales and points you get for free items, etc. Everyone has been friendly when I've gone to pickup my orders! It's very clean also!! Will order from them every time I want pizza 🍕!!!

Ordered dinner for my family and it had what looks like pubic hairs all over it. Disgusting. Threw it all away and made something else.

You know the food and service is superb when we keep coming back and ordering the same thing over and over again sometimes even multiple days in a row. Right now our favorite is the Italian sub, which is absolutely amazing and tastes Incredible every single time. It’s flavorful and has the right balance of ingredients. It’s toasted and warmed just right and stays warm for an hour. It’s still fresh because delivery is fast. I do find the app clunky and prices could be lower. Overall 5/5.

The last few orders have missed the mark. The biggest problem is the cut. One piece can be a quarter of the pie. Slow down and cut it right. I've been ordering it square cut to avoid this but I forgot the last time and when I picked up the big piece all the toppings slid off. I almost went back to Pizza hut after that.

We are out of towners and ordered delivery to our hotel. My husband told lady on phone we had a coupon and code number but forgot to enter code before running credit card . Questioned amount quoted, discount not there. Were told it would be credited back to cc. Husband asked driver about this and he didn’t know anything about it and a receipt for us to sign was not sent with driver. Husband called store back questioning credit and talked to same lady who took order. Put him on hold to talk to mgr, whom she said would talk to husband. She comes back on phone and says only thing to do is free pizza at our next order. He reminded her we are from out of state and was basically told there was nothing that could be done. Tomorrow corporate will be notified.
