Domino's Pizza

My philly cheeesteak sandwich did not have steak on it. I called and spoke with a lady, she said " we do not deliver remakes anymore so you are going to have to come get that, there are no other options" I replied, "I do not drive and will not be able to come get that". .....silence and then she said " is there something you are looking for"? I replied " I would like a refund for the 6.99 I paid for the sandwich". She replied my manager is not here right now, would you like to hold? I said " just have them call me back, she said ok and immediately hung up. I have not heard from the manager. The food I got was hot and delicious. Service was not so good, but the food wonderful. I believe this location may need more staff as I got the impression they are too rushed to do the job properly.

I ordered two types of wings and picked up my order, but one of the boxes contained bread bites instead of wings. After getting home, I called the store to report the error and was asked to return with the bread bites as proof. I was told my wings would be ready in eight minutes over the phone. When I returned about ten minutes later, I was told it would be an andditional eight minutes for the replacement wings, even though the mistake was on the original order. I requested a couple of sauces for the inconvenience, and my request was dismissed. While waiting, I overheard a staff member named Maria speaking loudly and using profanity about me (in Spanish thinking I could only understand English) to other employees in the back. This rating is mainly reflective of the service. Domino’s actually offers a reliably decent and consistent GF pizza. After several similar experiences, I’ve chosen to leave a negative review. I ordered a small spinach and alfredo pizza and paid extra to add lots of chicken and bacon. I got a few specs of bacon, zero chicken, and an insane amount of cheese. Furthermore, my pizza is almost burnt and it’s not sliced. The store refunded my money after I called them about it. I just wish there was some importance placed on quality and service here. The kids working were just blasting music and could hardly pay enough attention to me to her my complaint. This is kind of the baseline here. Check your pizza before you leave with it because nobody working there cares if you never come back again.

Omfg if I can give it no stars I would. Forever ruined this location for me! Last month I ordered for Car side and they never brought it out so I had to get my sleeping baby and 7 year old out of the car to go inside and grab it. I ordered tonight again same thing. Once I got home and tasted the food it tasted like a bucket of salt was dumped on it! So bad that my kids won’t eat it. Will never ever go back to this location until they can hire some actual employees who do their jobs

Food was ok, but I had a pizza from my order not delivered a few weeks ago and I STILL have yet to receive a refund! I contacted the store immediately and also filed a complaint online. I'm not asking for a lot here, just not to pay for stuff I didn't get! Will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again.
