I decided to order pizza today, was in a craving mood for domino’s. I ordered what was going around trending off of tiktok and as soon as I got the food delivered, I was SATISFIED! It was cooked to a really good crisp and the flavor did not disappoint. I want to thank the employees for their great work :)
Ordered a couple pizzas on the app from this location and had to cancel the order after waiting 2 and a half hours without even being sent out on delivery. Called to cancel the order and they ignored my number, then called with a different phone and they answered. Even when we called about the order they were rude and didn’t offer anything to compensate. Even after all that they didn’t bother telling the delivery driver that we canceled the order and they showed up with the pizza anyway, don’t know what poor service they’ve got going on at this location but clearly they need better management.
took them 45 minutes just to put my singular 12 inch pizza in the oven. not to deliver it. to put it in the oven.
So, I ordered a steak & cheese sub, pepperoni cheesy bread & cookie /brownie bars & there was more cheese than steak & veggies than anything else.. Nevermind the brookie bars where terribly cut & my cheesy bread wasn’t even Cut!’
I told me self I would never order from here again and I did because I didn’t have any other options and it doesn’t give you the option online to order from another dominos. Let me say this the lady who works there wouldn’t give me her name she’s very rude, and the cooks think everything is a joke! My pizza was undercooked with the dough not even done.Who wants to eat raw dough? I drove all the way to Holbrook and I wanted her to remake it or give me my money back and then she had the nerve to try and refund me for one pizza. The pizza isn’t done and if I get sick they will be the one the one blame. She then refunds me partial of the money and then tries to snatch it out of my hand.
