Domino's Pizza

I just had to come on and say what an amazing delivery driver I had today. I’ve had a pretty bad day. I didn’t want to drive 5 min to go get the pizza so I ordered delivery. James came and delivered my pizza and was just a breath of fresh air. Made my night! So personable and friendly. Thanks James for brightening my day without even knowing it!

We ordered for takeout. When we got home (about a 5 minute ride or less) and tried one of the pizzas, it was pure dough in the middle. I called, ofcourse, the manager offered no options and said the ovens are set and that's just the way they are. I certainly wish I could share the picture and video. The manager was very condescending with his tone and questions. Yes, we order from Domino's all the time because they have the gluten-free option for my husband (his pizza was fine, so no reason to complain about that or the wings).

I get pizza here 2 to 3 times a week. Certain times, it's great! Other times you get some staff that just don't care about customer satisfaction or quality of food or both.. Either don't like their job or don't like dealing with customers. Either way quality of food goes down when certain people are working. Last pizza I had from here had barely any cheese on it. All the toppings fell off because there was no cheese to hold it together also I got eight small pieces of chicken on a eight slices chicken pizza! one slice didn't even have any chicken on. I figure if you don't like your job don't be there. But with you there, the only people losing out are the people paying for you to be there! (CUSTOMER'S)

Usually I don't have an issue with dominos but today feb 17 10pm I do. I wanted cheesy bread and when I got home it was smaller and thinner. I called them about it and the manager said the ingredients had changed. Which is weird. So that means the next I order it. And it's not consistent then they lied. But it would've been nice if they just offered to remake it thick and long as the box like it's supposed to be. But they didnt. So I'll actually call tomorrow the store manager and confirm. Because this ain't right. Esp for 9 bucks.

I have not had a Domino's pizza in many years. I thought I would take advantage of the $9.99 special. I ordered mushrooms, onions and spinach. I could almost count the mushrooms, a few slivers of onions and spinach here and there. VERY LITTLE sauce and cheese. It was a bread pizza. Did I get the $9.99 special? I ended up eating the toppings and giving the crust to the birds. It could have been good if it had some more toppings on it. I am glad I did not pay $20.00 for it! I guess I will keep going to Brother's Pizza in Crystal River! And it was overcooked (see burnt spinach)
