The wait time was extremely longgggggggggg! I signed up for alerts and never received them. The in store ticker would jump from 10 minutes wait time to 20 minutes! How?! I waited so long, I forgot what i ordered...only for me to get home and realize that the garlic sauce that i paid for was not there. Aren't they supposed to double check the orders?! As long as i waited for my pizza, I refused to go back. Positive note...the pizza was good and the $10 for 7 toppings 🤌🏿!
I really appreciate the guys working here. I accidentally dropped the pizza outside the store and I went in to get another pizza. They were so nice that they made the pizza again and gave it for free.
I had great experience when picking up my own order. It has been a while though. When they are busy orders get backed up.
Friend orders here frequently, they usually deliver the pizza late but we atleast get what we paid for. This time they straight up just didnt deliver the pizza. We couldnt get a refund and we tried calling multiple times but there was no answer. We were hungry and disappointed after waiting for 2 hours a realizing maybe we arent getting this pizza afterall.
Timing is good. Did not give light sauce. Lied about having drinks. Food is a little off.
