Domino's Pizza

I recently ordered from Domino's and was thoroughly impressed! We got a medium ham and bacon pizza, a half-pineapple, half-sausage medium pizza, 5 cheese mac and cheese, Domino's marbled cookie brownies, and parmesan bites—all for just $6.99 each. Everything was absolutely delicious! The pizzas were perfectly cooked with fresh toppings, and the 5 cheese mac and cheese was bursting with flavor—my favorite item of the meal, though I wish the serving size had been a bit larger. The parmesan bites were buttery and addictive, and the marbled cookie brownies made the perfect dessert to round out the meal. The delivery was incredibly fast, and all the food arrived hot and fresh. Our delivery driver was polite and professional, which made the experience even better. Overall, I’m very impressed

They delivered my pizza about two hours late and it was a whole crap show on getting my refund back that I wasn’t able to get it back until around two weeks later the manager stated that he was going to be giving me a free pizza and putting it on my account when I went and talked to him in person and supposedly he did it right there in front of me because he said he was doing it right there well now that I come to want to get my free pizza they are saying that there is nothing in my account showing that they are giving me a free pizza. I will just be really careful with this place and also with getting refunds if they say they’re gonna give you free pizza don’t believe them make sure you have a receipt or something from the manager stating that do not leave empty-handed. I personally won’t be going to this location any more because it just went down hill after they fired their best manager Neil. / edit: this is a reply to the Domino’s Pizza Owner then you might need to rethink your decision in staff because they were smoking in front of the store and messed up our order twice in the same day. I used to come to this location every week but now I for sure will never come again and I hope nobody else does either, the new staff do not help anybody

I don't know why this location sucks. I placed an order 3 HOURS ago and counting..... ....NOT one employee will pick up the phone for the OBVIOUS reason and I don't blame them for not wanting to be blasted, but this is really BAD customer service. If it's minimal staff, PAY your Employees decent to actually have and heep employees, if it's because school has started, maybe you should be proactive and hire ahead to compensate? They need to shut it's doors at this point. No consistency in the food and it's....maybe decent, once out of six or seven orders. I think this is my last order, The Pie, Marcos...even Little Casers is BETTER. Deals and coupons aren't worth waiting over 3 hours for an order, that's ridiculous and the one coupon I used WAS FOR the last BAD ORDER.

Ordered a pizza. Didn’t get the crust I wanted and the delivery person banged on the door tell I answered. Then said “leave a tip if you’d like”. Woke my baby and was terrible service. No matter how good the deals here are do not order from them. They want tips yet can’t even read instructions. Very pushy not good service.
