Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery at 7:09 and was given an estimated delivery time of 51-66 minutes. Order was not delivered until 8:51, at least 30 minutes past the expected delivery time. When our food arrived, everything was cold and undercooked. The wings were supposed to have Buffalo sauce, and well…. the picture is attached. When I submitted a claim online for the issues with our order, I was offered 50% off my next order or a free medium pizza. I didn’t take either of these offered because I do not plan to order food from here again. I’d also like to add that I attempted to call the store multiple times during the hour and a half that I waited on my order and was put on hold for almost 20 minutes. I never actually got in touch with a store associate. Needless to say, I would not recommend ordering f

I just wanna say the new manager over Dominos in Greenwood is fantastic, and I really think he is going to turn the store around! I saw the post about it being under new management, so we wanted to try it again. We never ordered Domino’s because the service was so poor, and we would have to wait literally two or three hours to get a pizza delivered. But tonight‘s experience was excellent the pizza was ready very quickly, and he even walked me out to my car and thanked me for patronizing his store! 10/10 If past experiences there have prevented you from ordering from that location, I encourage you to give it a try in the next few weeks!

Every single time I have ordered delivery on here, the driver will always stop at least three times at other places before delivering our food. The pizza arrives cold and it arrives almost two hours later. Just tonight we ordered again at 8:09 and it didn’t arrive till 9:45. What is going on???

Ordered two pizzas last night for the family. Food was fantastic. And the customer service was amazing! Super sweet girls working in there. I’ll be back more often if service remains like this!

The place was nasty! There was sauce that you could had been there for a while all over the clear plastic there were flies flying all around where they put the pizzas in the box. The pizza was so greasy and the pizza was stuck to the box! We will not be returning to this dominos
