Domino's Pizza

Store doesn’t seem to read orders properly, and often interpret the word “extra” as less Paid for extra sauce, extra cheese as toppings Store refused to remake even when I offered to drive back and bring the pizza to show them. Pizza was very dry, and had less cheese/sauce than a normal serving. Get this order frequently. Incredibly rude staff, buddy was convinced when he was clearly wrong or just wasn’t paying attention.

If you want pizza, order it from literally anywhere else but here; the delivery driver wasn't even close to our address when they marked our order as delivered. When we called the store to ask for a refund since some complete random got handed our food and we didn't want to bother with a redelivery, the guy who answered lied and said it was just an issue with the tracker. After waiting another 15 minutes, when we called to ask for a refund again, he hung up on us. Don't waste your money here.

You know when there’s 2 of the same restaurants around and you say “oh no let’s not go to that one, let’s go to the good one”? This Dominos location is the one you want to avoid. I gave them a few tries because they’re closer than the Lisle location but every time I order here, it’s consistently taken 30 minutes to pump out a sandwich or pizza for me to pickup. Cook quality is meh, It’s usually underdone or burnt. Go to Lisle instead

This is the most frustrating pizza place ever. Don't even go to this place. They cheat on the toppings.I ordered a pacific veggie pizza only to find that there were no toppings, namely spinach and tomatoes and the person at the store was so arrogant that he argued me how the pizza is good. I am extremely disappointed with this place. First of all they did not give me correct pizza and then they were denying refund. After a while, arguing with the person at 11:30 p.m. at night the person initially agreed on the phone to create a new pizza and keep it ready at the store and upon arriving at the store he was acting as if as if nothing happened. The new pizza order was not ready and I was again told to wait for next 20 minutes. Please avoid this place.

Came in ordered a pizza, spelled my name for them , told them everything I needed and paid and tipped. Waited 20 minutes and they never made it. I am late feeding pets and doing my job because I was crazy enough to think I could eat too. Thanks a lot Dominos.
