Domino's Pizza

I placed my order and they cancelled it instantly it was 11:30pm. The worker was rude and condescending towards me. I was told my refund would take 24hours it took 8 days yo get it and an email to the customer service department. When I finally get my money back they didnt reimburse me the tip I also paid I only got the money spent on food. Why keep the tip if food was never delivered in the first place??? I also requested a phone call back from Customer Service and recieved nothing. I would not order from here again.

We ordered 2 large pizzas for carryout.. we had to wait a little because the pizzas weren’t ready even though the app showed they were!!! Other than those 10-15 mins extra that we had to wait, we were quite happy with the quality of the pizza! The toppings were good too! Suggestion for Domino’s- premium chicken shouldn’t be counted as 2 toppings. It doesn’t make any sense that pepperoni is counted as 1 topping but chicken is not.

The dough had mold/expired who know for how long they keep it that dough on the fridge certainly not freshly made. Called them and the resolution they gave me was a replacement or store credit. I ask for store credit and they did not gave me the credit. Customer service just sent an automated email thanking me for reaching out but they couldn’t do anything because is a locally owned store. I didn’t not get my money back or resolved the problem. Overall the whole order was over cooked. Be aware buying from this store

Omg the cheesy bread was so good. Although I asked to pay for extra cheese and received some push back, they still made it with love and my extra cheese. THANK YOU.

My order has always been the Philly cheesesteak tater tots with no onions do to allergies but for the past few months, it’s coming with onions. I either have to constantly call them to make sure it has no onions in it or I have to go in myself to have them redo it. Shame on me for thinking they would change after every time.
