Domino's Pizza

I Placed an order yesterday through DoorDash for a Philly cheesesteak pizza and Parmesan knots. The order arrived quickly, which I appreciated. However, the pizza was completely burnt, and instead of Parmesan knots, we received cinnamon rolls — which was a serious issue since I am allergic to cinnamon. I immediately called the store to have the situation corrected and simply asked if the pizza could be remade and the correct item provided. I even offered to come pick it up myself. Unfortunately, the assistant manager, Gary, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. He refused to remake the pizza and would not listen to my concerns. As a restaurant owner myself, I understand mistakes happen — but how they’re handled is what matters. This was handled very unprofessionally. DoorD

I'm not sure where anybody's getting 3 and 1/2 Stars but these guys are awesome. The food is always fire. It's always on point. They are nice. They're kind. They're always helpful. They always give me napkins. I mean this is what every Domino's should strive for this Domino's good the food's good. The customer service is good. I did a online order and waited over a hour for delivery so as I checked the tracking time I seen that it was within the timeframe of the delivery so I checked my ring came and within minutes of doing so I see the delivery car come into view and he pulled up and parked the car on my grass… yes I said GRASS. He didn’t bother to look to see if it was or wasn’t a drive way… so when came to the door I said “ sir that is not a dam drive way”.. he looked like he didn’t know what I was talking about. I said “ where you parked your car.. that is grass” . I called the location to speak to a manager and all he said was I’ll talk to him. Nerve will I order from this location again.. negative -5 from me… probably had an attitude because I didn’t give a tip.

Delivered a Raw Pan Pizza when asked for a refund was promptly given an attitude by AshLin or whomever is managing this place. You don't talk nor disrespect customers because your product and team members failed at their job. Telling me Raw dough is just a fluffy pizza is insane. Order # 1453. Ima chef therefore i know what Raw is.... no I don't want it remade too incompetent to get it right the first time.

THIS LOCATION IS GOING DOWNHILL!!! I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza on June 11th around 9 pm. They delivered it with literally like two slices of cheese on it lol. With the lack of cheese and the dry meat, the pizza was inedible. It was all dry crust, meat and veggies. If you’re familiar with the pizza, there is no sauce as the cheese slices are an essential item on this pizza. I have ordered it over 100 times over the years and are very familiar with the recipe.
