Domino's Pizza

Received my order in 1.5 hrs. The app was showing delivered and Mmmm. But, I did not have the pizza in my hand. 45 mins passed, no calls from store. So o called them as kids were waiting. The manager said that we have driver shortage. I asked her why haven’t you called me and told me. I would have come and picked it up. I asked why does your app show delivered when the food is no where near my house? She calmly said it is a glitch. Worst experience, worst store, suggest going other brands and not this store at all.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had while ordering from a fast food place. Our delivery took an extremely long time to get here and when it did the delivery driver was extremely rude. But that wasn’t the only thing wrong with our experience. I ordered the cookie brownie and upon us opening the box, there was only 3 pieces when there was supposed to be 9. I also got the parmesan bites which was supposed to contain 32 pieces which only came with 12. The pizza was ice cold and some of the pieces were laying on top of the others as if someone was picking up the pieces. We called the store and the manager or whoever was in charge (a woman) was extremely rude and wasn’t actually listening to our concern. It’s obvious either the driver ate it or they didn’t put it in the box to b

I have been a customer for almost 5 years and didn't have any problem. Today, when I took the order and came home, kids ate few cheesy bread. When I noticed, it was way under cooked and not the usual standard taste. When I called, the woman just said bring back the bread, we will make a new one. I said kids ate without knowing its under cooked. She simply said "it went to the over along with pizza, so it must be cooked. I can't do anything". I don't ve the need to cheat and get a free bread. I have never complained about the food for almost 5 years why would I complain now. Too bad of service and never expected this from this store. To the manager and the woman who took my call. See for urself how under cooked it is. It's better to drive to other store or deliver from other store.

The other reviews are insane, but fortunately I have always had the best, most delicious pizza here and hopefully continue to do so.

Blizzard Eve. 4" down already and PDQ delivery..hot, tasty, correctly cut and cooked on point per instructions. Nicely done chefs. I've dealt with Damian the delivery driver before, he and the whole crew of drivers and personnel over there are outstanding.
