Domino's Pizza

I’ve tried this location a few times since the opening & I have been disappointed each time. Today in particular I ordered a 5 toping large carry out & when I say the toppings were slim to none. One slice didn’t even have a pepperoni on it… smh the pizza dough was was raw… & wayyyyy too much sauce idk but maybe the cooks need to be retrained but I WOULDN’T recommend this location… the store is ALWAYS very clean though!!!

My low rating stems from 2 issues. The first alone, I can get over somewhat. Time. (I always pick-up, no delivery time involved) This Domino’s is not timely. Frequently takes 45 plus minutes for pizza, breads. The food however, is usually decent. The second issue *including today, my stuffed bread was soaked, **totally saturated in garlic butter? I had a roll of paper towels in my car, I soaked up what was floating on top, put some beneath as well. I did eat a small portion but I had to throw 3/4 away. My stomach is churning in grease. Only saw one person there, a female I’m not familiar with.

​I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of my recent order and the refusal of staff to process a refund. ​My order included a pizza and the stuffed cheesy bread. The food was horrible. The stuffed cheesy bread was completely flat—it was clearly prepared incorrectly and lacked any stuffing or lift. The pizza was just as bad; the sauce-to-cheese ratio was ridiculous, making it nearly inedible. ​Because the food was completely unacceptable, I immediately brought the full order back to the store and requested a full refund. To my astonishment, the staff refused to issue a refund and insisted the only resolution was to remake the items. ​When a customer returns food that is clearly defective and horrible quality, they should not be forced to wait for a remake. Today will be my last time ordering from this location. I live just 4 minutes away, yet every single time I order, my delivery is late. It always says 19 minutes, but I’ve never had this issue with the other Domino’s before. I paid $4 for delivery even though I live right around the corner it shouldn’t take that long. The tracker said the driver was 1 minute away, then suddenly changed to 19 minutes. It’s ridiculous, and I always seem to have issues with this store.
