Domino's Pizza

The app wouldn't work. I had to try 4 times before I could place the order. I have had better pizzas from here. I think they were in a hurry. It wasn't great.

This location is consistently behind schedule, unprofessional and unorganized The last time I went there (will be the last time period), they spilled my pasta all over the counter after I paid for it already. They didn’t even say sorry or acknowledge me but yelled out to make another one. My kids were ready for bed and I couldn’t wait for another one to be made so I asked for a refund. They said they processed it at the register but never gave me proof of my refund. It’s been weeks and I guess I will never get my refund. They were very rude about it but this is not the first time they’ve been this way with me.

Not one of the three pizzas ordered was made correctly. Not one of the workers I spoke with apologized and offered to make things right. No responsibility or accountability by anyone, including the store manager. According to them, I should just pay and eat what THEY CHOOSE to make. This is where I did say they need to hire people who can read. (Customer Service said totally acceptable and understandable considering situation) Jamison kept pointing his finger in my face and saying "you're disrespectful." Had nothing to say when I stated they were all disrespectful to me first for not making my order as requested/typed on the receipt and refusing to take responsibility. Also, lied about me. Saying I was yelling when I didn't yell once. After the second time, I offered to yell. Response - go

Dominos count your days !!! I did not order Alfredo sauce on my pizza and I definitely did not ask for it to not be cooked 😢 this is not the first time u have gotten my order wrong and I’m very very upset with ur service lately not only did u not cook the sauce u put the pizza together really sloppy and it wasn’t even cut my husband couldn’t even eat it all cuz u didn’t cut it im never ordering from yall again I begged my husband for us to take it back yo the store to get a refund but he said it’s fine they do this all the time he expected it from you guys which is crazy my money is definitely not being spent on this dominos ever again to many mistakes done to my food

Food ended up being good but location should let customers know that after the doors lock to go to to window. The employee watched me knock on the door several times before a customer said maybe we both should go to a window. Only than that we where acknowledge.
