Domino's Pizza

I made a delivery order from this store and they didn’t make my order right. I ordered a pizza and salad with a soda and they delivered my order without the soda. I wanted my soda cause I’ve already paid for it so I called the store and they said they were out of soda and they couldn’t do anything about that. What a ridiculous reason. If they were out of soda, they should’ve made up something about my order, maybe gave me a refund cause I’ve already paid for it. Instead, they said they couldn’t do anything. I’m not satisfied with this issue. And the stuffs are always rude, impatient and disrespectful all the time when you make a call and complain about the order.

I’ve been a regular Domino’s customer and order every week because I usually enjoy their pizza. But this time was the worst experience ever. The pizza I received was poorly made — cold, soggy, and completely different from what I usually get. When I called the store to explain, the staff were rude and dismissive, and I felt I was treated unfairly, even with racist behavior. That is absolutely unacceptable for any business.

Firstly, he marked my order 15 mins early before I actually received it. Secondly, don't be a jerk by saying "nothing?" after handing me my order. First, you have a delivery charge. And if all you did was deliver my food LATE, and make me come downstairs to get it, that serves your delivery fee. If you brought it up and gave it to me by my apartment door, then I'll give you a tip. If only my son did not insisted on Domino's for his lunch, I would have gone somewhere else, where they bring my order up and not ask me to come downstairs to get it, LATE.

Nope. This place is a genuine nightmare to order from. From drivers cussing you out in a foreign language when you dont give a tip, to delivering over an hour late, this place surprisingly does all the above. And as the icing to the cake, this place does NOT as accept calls. It took me about 40 minutes to get in contact with a member.
