From the moment I interacted with him, his customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. He made sure everything was correct and didn’t hesitate to take extra steps to ensure a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of dedication, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. During our vacation at Massanutten Resort in Virginia, I ordered 6 medium pizzas for my large family. Unfortunately, we received 6 extremely thin pizzas without sauce from Domino's store #4337 located at 14809 Spotswood Trail, Elkton, VA 22827. I wouldn't recommend this location if you're planning to stay at the resort. Update: 12/17/24 I reached out to Domino's and opened a case number. The store quickly got in touch with me to address our unfortunate experience. Because of their attentive follow-up, I would be willing to give them another chance. This location appears to prioritize the quality of their service. Thank you, Domino's #4337.
Cant complain about the food its domino's they all taste the same, the staff on the other hand close 30 minutes early and refuse to provide any service when they advertise they are still open.
We order from this location often and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and the food is always cooked perfectly. We love the pizza and wings from here.
They never ever put hot sauce on my pizza. Why even have it as an option if they won’t put it on. Been 10+ times now
