Domino's Pizza

I never leave reviews. I ordered from here as I had a last minute late night meeting. As I have no front walkway or lights leading to the front door and snow on the ground, I asked that they pull up the driveway and leave by the back door steps as the driveway is next to the door with lights and a walkway. The driver, Mohd, called me yells at me for leaving the instructions to pull up the driveway, and practically threw my pizza at me. I said thank you regardless and he just scoffed and turned around. Not at all a good look on the company. As I said before, I never leave reviews but that was just extremely rude for no reason. I asked for delivery to that location for the drivers safety. Two previous drivers delivered there no issues.

Ordered though the app the man on the phone kept yelling at me, I ordered at 5pm pizza didn’t arrive till 630 and app said it was supposed to be delivered by 530 it was cold and needed to be reheated never will order from here again beware this place is horrible you get what you Pay for I will from now on be ordering from Gia Marie’s and pay the extra couple dollars

I order from this store few times a month. And usually they are decent, but this one time I had enough points to redeem for a pizza, it seemed they purposely put hair strands in the pizza. If it was just one I would understand, but I and ny wife found 4-5 strands of hair. That's why I feel like it was purposely done.

Its always quick and easy. I get tons of coupons on the app so it makes feeding my fam of 5 more affordable! Delivery or pick up employees have always greeted me with a smile and I have never had to wait, my order is ready when the app tells me.

I typically order just pizzas and salad. The drivers have always been nice and the pizza is good too. Not sure what happened tonight but never been this pissed in quite sometime when ordering. To try to order four times online, and then another two times over the phone to have multiple people tell me that I have the incorrect zip code. Even made me doubt if I was typing or saying the number wrong lol. It was the worst experience this time. Normally is so quick. Not sure if there is a new computer program or what but hopefully they fix it fast before they lose multiple orders.
