Domino's Pizza

Y'all were showing out tonight dominos!! Pizza was so good and the service was so friendly. All the pizzas has extra sauce like we ask! it was well worth it.

Domino's clearly cares more about creating shareholder value than customer service or caring for their workers. I placed my order around 10pm on a Thursday night. It was around 10:15pm when I arrived at the store and one person was working alone. He apologized and said it would be 20 minutes or more for my order but he would get right on it. He was clearly doing the best he could. After about 10 minutes or so, a delivery driver appeared and tried to help the other associate. Another car pulled up behind me, and the delivery driver asked me to pull around so they could potentially help the next person faster. This process repeated itself several times before my order was finally ready. I don't blame the workers, I don't even blame the manager, who I'm sure is doing the best they can with wh

They delivered this burnt pizza to us tonight. Unable to eat this. I spent $50.

So I order from this one all the time because I work across the street ..on Nov 5 I ordered a pizza and when I came to get it it wasn't ready and my ride couldn't wait so the guy asked me could I come get it the next day ..the next day came and I couldn't get a ride to go up there and get my pizza so I called and told them the suiatuon and asked them for a refund. The child on the phone who claimed to be a manager told me no refund so I spent money with your company I received no product and no money back. So now I've called domios customer service line and I'm waiting to hear back from the franchisee about this ...your customers write your checks. You need to make them happy...bc I WILL NOT BE BACK..

It took over 30 minutes for them to get my pizza made in the middle of the day. I had to pull out of line and sit and wait for at least 15 minutes. According to the app they didn't even get my pizza in the oven until I after I pulled into drive thru the first time.
