Domino's Pizza

This Domino’s is in my hometown, it’s my go to pizza spot. Very convenient to order in the app and pick up or get it delivered. The place is mostly take out only, very small table and few chairs to sit. I have ordered many many times from them over the years, never had any issues or any bad item. My orders were always ready when I got there to pick up. Prices are decent and there’s reward points available for using the app. They always have 2-4 drivers during pick hours to make deliveries efficiently.

Pizza deals are affordable. Pizza was freesh, tasty and delicious.

This is a good Dominos location with lots of employees working hard, employees were super quick to help and super friendly, wait time was minimal, indoor waiting area and indoor seating which I felt is very nice! They also have small stairs on the far left for toddlers to climb up and watch their pizza being made. That is very cool. I got a personal Pizza this time with just cheese. Pizza was good but not great. I tasted mozzarella which was good and the pizza dough plus sauce was fine... but they mixed in parmesan which I felt like it didn't taste right and I really didn't like the flavor combination. Also adding to this, they put in way too much garlic. This really ruins a pizza when the basic ingredients of mozzarella cheese, pizza dough and tomato sauce are flooded with a heavy dose o

Terrible place. This is what they delivered and to the wrong address

I witnessed the most unhygienic experience right in front of my eyes, yet the guy claimed I didn’t see anything. He touched the phone, screen, everything around him, wipes his hands on his dirty apron. He stuck that dirty hand in the pepperoni bowl, then decided he didn’t need that handful of pepperoni and put it back in the pile of pepperoni! Then later he wipes his hands on his dirty apron again, and grabs the pepperoni again, puts it on the pizza (it did not go in the oven, bc apparently he forgot to add the pepperoni in the first place before going in the oven) and then hands me the pie. I confronted him about what I just saw, and he dismissed it that it never happened. The manager came and spoke with me and offered to remake the pizza with his hands washed.
