Domino's Pizza

This will be my last time ordering from dominos in Creedmoor. I placed the delivery order at 7:30 I called at 8 because the tracker after a half hour hasn't moved from prep. I was told there were 3 more orders ahead of mine and they couldn't give me an estimate of how much longer it would be. The owners of this establishment must not care because this has been like this the last two orders ( we order maybe once a month ) so no change in 3 months. Door dashing local pizza from now on.

I was so appalled by the food and talked to by the Manager at the Domino's located at Lyon's Station RD in Creedmoor, NC! What is it since COVID??? Customer service no longer exists!! When I've paid $25 for 1 meal, I expect it to be eatable and not taste like dog food! For the pizza that was delivered to me, I might as well have paid $4.99 for a grocery store brand pizza! There was hardly NO sauce, NO cheese; it was just nasty! The Manager kept insisting that the pizza had to be reutned to him in order to get my refund, but thats not what their website states. I said several time that My taste bites couldnt withstand another one of their pizzas! I told him to send the delivery person back out to get it. GROSS. I just ate the worst pizza I've ever had from here. If I weren't so hungry, I would have sent it back. I paid extra for cheese and there was scant cheese. Just nasty.

I order 16 wings on Thursday one other person waiting the young lady told 15 minutes I waited 41.25 minutes the service was very disappointing I will spend my money there again 2 thumbs down..

Today I placed an order for a pan meatzza pizza with light sauce at lunch time. The dough was not cooked and the pizza tasted awful. I called back to speak with management who was full aware of something was going wrong with there pan pizza dough. She agreed to remake the pizza and deliver. At 4:00 I had not heard anything from Dominos. I called back to ask for a refund. The young lady who introduced herself as the manager put me on a brief hold to contact her district manager (DM). According to the management I spoke with her DM stated she will not refund my money because they remade the pizza twice which was not true.
