Domino's Pizza

We have had this Crawfordville location deliver to our house numerous times over the last 2 years. Today they called and said they don’t deliver to my address and they were never “supposed” to. “The manager was supposed to remove your address from our system but hasn’t yet”. Apparently there is a communication issue. No worries, we will order from another pizza chain from here on out.

1/29/26, 1235pm Rude, messed up my order, then blamed me the customer. Zero customer service skills. Same lady that took my takeout order over the phone also took my payment in the store. Will not be back BTW, the Domino's in Tally on Apalachee Pkwy is way better.

I ordered a pizza for delivery which I do at this Dominos somewhat regularly . It’s usually very good, pretty hot and tastes fresh. The order this evening was pretty awful. The pizza was nearly cold. I ordered extra cheese, extra diced tomatoes and extra mushrooms as well as onions (not extra). There were so few tomatoes and mushrooms that some pieces of the pie had none or one of there. In addition the cheese was definitely not “extra” - it was barely there. This poor quality is not what I am used to from this particular store, or from Dominos in general. So disappointing (not to mention expensive for not getting the “extras”). Will not order again.

I'm very impressed with my order today. We generally order the same pizza's every week.A small specialty no sauce and a medium stuffed crust no sauce, extra cheese and garlic. Today's pizza was the best we have eaten so far. The stuffed crust was so moist and fluffy with a thick layer of cheese, and enough garlic to keep the vampire's at bay Lol. And the specialty was also delicious. If I could give today's crew 6 stars, I definitely would. Thank you very much for making outstanding pizzas
