Domino's Pizza

This is the third and final time I will visit this location. The first 2 times, our food was subpar. But tonight was the worst one yet. I ordered a regular pizza with pepperoni, a thin crust pizza with Alfredo sauce, Parmesan Asiago cheese and Philly cheesesteak, and some plain wings. I attached a picture of what the Alfredo pizza looked like. It was so dry, I had to make some soup just so I could dunk it in so I could swallow it. I ate about 2 slices before I couldn’t handle it anymore and gave the rest to my dog. The service was also terrible. I know the app isn’t in “real time”, but this store isn’t even CLOSE to acting like the app is in real time. I pulled in and my app said “Ready!”, so I walked in. Free bugs baked right into the crust. Foul. You should be ashamed of yourselves. The delivery person was rude, too.

We order Chicken Alfredo pasta and had no chicken. Cinnamon Bites and have more Cinnamon than bread. Garlic wings not tossed but the sauce is on top and chunky.

Whoever I just spoke to about this sad excuse of a pizza made me repeat 3 times that the pizza was inedible. My boyfriend orders this pizza all the time and they usually burn it the first time and have to fix it which we never complained about, but this time they sent this mess. After tipping their delivery driver, I called to fix it and they told me it was “highly unlikely” that it was undercooked (probably because they usually burn them) and when I offered to send a picture he replied “I’m good off that”. The solution was for them to make it again but that I would need to come pick it up. This goes against every commercial that I have seen… also my tip to the delivery driver and delivery fee for this was already paid. Don’t waste your money. Seems the economy is hitting Dominos as well. The toppings... Barely any on it compared to the past years of Dominos ordering. Won't be ordering from any chain pizzerias anymore. Better to spend a little more for real pizza like Scottos or Corollos. Chains are no longer worth it.
