Domino's Pizza

I ordered from the app, chose Garlic Parmesan Sauce instead of Tomato Sauce. This is what I got. I thought I made a mistake while ordering it, and I checked the app to reorder (I was really craving for pizza). I submitted another order with same pizza, and double even triple checking if I clicked on the Garlic Parmesan option and yes I did. Then after a few minutes, I’m checking the app again while it was in Quality Check process, and saw that it doesn’t say Garlic Parmesan. Then I’m calling the store in a rush for asking the reason if there’s a problem with app or what. They responded ‘BECAUSE WE’RE OUT OF GARLIC PARMESAN’. ?????????????? Okayyyyy totally understandable you could just give me a call and tell me that you don’t have garlic parmesan sauce instead of sending me an EMPTY pizza

i was waiting too long for my order the delivery driver had left the store almost 40 minutes ago and still hasn’t gotten to my house keep in mind i live 5 minutes away. he was also very rude.

I pulled up and a lady in uniform with an apron on was holding a wiener dog outside… when I walked up she also walked into the store and went right behind the counter… after holding a dog. I’m so appalled.

Dont get me wrong, this rating is for chain store pizza, not a mom amd pop single store pizza shop. As far a chain store pizza goes they are a good choice with lots of options and a great special of unlimited toppings for 10 bucks.

I stopped by to order a take- out pizza and the staff barely wanted to take my order and then it took 25 mi minutes. Take a look at this pie! Huge bubbles and cheese & sauce everywhere. I used to work and Domino's Pizza and I know that there is a corporate standard for what should not go out the door. My pizza was a fail and at over $17 for take-out, I will not be going back. And for the record, I was not a Karen in any way, nor did I complain. I placed my order, waited in my car, picked up my pie and went home to find the monstrosity.
