Domino's Pizza

Unfortunately, wasn't impressed on several issues. On a positive note, lots of staff, good communication and filled orders quickly. However, not one glove work by any kitchen staff. Every staff at some point rubbed their head, wiped hands on their pants, handled used bins and tubs, used their phones, rubbed their face, or used the computer. If cleanliness and safe handling hygiene is a necessity from a restaurant, dont go inside amd watch them make your food. As far as the order goes, minor mistake on missing a requested modification, but that's literally par for the course in today's fast food world.

1st time I ordered one of the pizzas wasn’t fully cooked. This time, everything is good until I see the hair. For reference, everyone in my home has kinky curly hair. I was fully refunded but I likely won’t order again.

Let me start off by saying! This store rocks! I have years and years of food industry under my belt, back in my 20’s but still. And this place is a well built oiled machine. I counted 13 employees tonight, on a Friday evening, not including drivers. And omg! They are rocking it!!! Have they messed up my pizzas in the past? Yes. Have they fixed it without issue and then had the owner send me a replacement coupon in the mail with an apology letter? Yes! Mess up or not, it’s about how someone fixes their mistake, and their customer service is great!!! We order here about once a month or so.

Delivery driver was super nice. We realized after he left that they gave us the wrong drink. So, I called them and the lady I talked to on the phone was really rude and had an attitude that I would ask them to deliver the right drink as it was THEIR mistake. I don’t leave comments on places, but the customer service was the absolute worst. I don’t think l be ordering from this location, but I’ve had other locations that were amazing. Usually when they make a mistake they make it right. This location and the lady I talked to failed. I just hung up, because I made this order and it wasn’t my mistake. I’m not going to put up with someone being rude about this. She told me “you want us to come out to deliver you a soda? Well I don’t know when we could be out to even deliver it.”

I love Dominoes,so I was excited to see one open closer to my house, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. And I’m not talking about one time… Every time I order, something goes wrong. I’m probably done trying. I’d rather drive to Bentonville and get what I ordered when I ordered it.
