Domino's Pizza

I had a big order for lunch at work. The food came on time and everything was correct. The driver was very nice. Only issue is that a number kept calling me 5 times in a row and I snapped at them on the phone. I do not work in an office where I can answer my phone on the spot, and are not allowed to leave the building once we are clocked in. I work in a warehouse and I was in the middle of trying someone on how to load a semi trailer. When I was able to look at my phone (on my lunch break) I had a text from the number asking me to come out to her vehicle and get the food?! I understand you are busy and probably under staffed, but so are we and you are getting paid to bring the food to the door.

We had one of the best experiences tonight at Celina Dominos. Everything was hot and delicious and right on time. Customer service was beyond great. Delivery driver was not only kind but very helpful as well. Order placing was easy and convenient as I did have to make 2 orders and they brought both orders together. The person in charge is definitely doing her job. Greatly appreciated. Especially in times when its rare to get great customer service around here.

someone never knocked on the door and left our food out in the cold :). also, very bad customer service. you’re not supposed to hang up on people when they have questions.

I always love it when they do get the order right. I guess it always depends on the crew that is working. Some pay attention while other don't. I have ordered this everytime we order here because I'm not a pizza eater. This time it actually had more than 2 tomatoes and 3 mushrooms not to mention there was sauce on the whole thing and not just the top or one side like it normally is when I get it. I wish the crew that worked on Sunday January 7th, 2024 work there more often. Thank you all for the amazing food!! The pizzas were good too my family said because there was no garlic butter on the crust like we asked that they leave off and sometimes they accidentally don't read the instructions and put it on there. Again, wonderful food this time!!!
