Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery. We ordered two of the macaroni and cheese bakes, one with bacon, one without. The bacon cost an extra dollar. They arrived without bacon. We called the number provided on the web, and were on hold for five minutes; there is no way to contact the store online. This is not the first time there has been an error in a delivery order, and no way to address it.

I just hope next time I walk in they greet and tell the name for the order. I walked in this evening and was not greeted or told the name of the order but someone else walked in and that person was greeted and told the name for the order better luck next time with the service and how people are greeted 🤬

I placed an order online totaling 24$ for pick up and pay in person. Nowhere online or at the store was it indicated you couldn't pay with anything over a 20$ bill. I seen the customers before me paying with cash so I know the cashier had change. When it was my turn the cashier wouldn't take a 50$ bill and told me I needed exact change or to go somewhere else and change it so I had to leave without my order. I would have only needed 26$ back in change. Terrible service and terrible attitude from the cashier.

Was not happy with service at all last night. Had a coupon for an x large pie and garlic twist. The pie was large and burnt. The bacon and pepperoni was burnt along with the whole edge of pie. And the garlic twist were not cooked enough and were still very doughy. Also did not get a little container of sauce. Need to get some quality help.

Service sucks. I placed a order online and I go to pick up my order and the cashier tells me another 15 mins remind you when I placed my order online it said it would be ready in 45 mins so now I have to wait another 15 mins and the cashier is like well we’re backed up. I’m like well I placed my order 45 mins ago and I come here and y’all haven’t even attempted to start my order. Being 20 mins backed up is understandable but being backed up an hour and expecting me to just be cool about it umm no. Work on y’all time management.
