Everytime i try to order from here its an issue I was ordering the call in special 17.99 medium stuffed crust 2 topping pizza that they advertise when you call the store and was then proceeded to be charged for "extra toppings" the time before this I ordered from the restaurant and was assured, they would have changed for me when they arrived with my delivery and did not.They left two hungry families with no food that night. Tired of trying with these people

If your order gets messed up to the point where only one item you actually ordered is right from the rest dont expect anyone to answer the phone at this dominos or make it right because its not gonna happen very disappointed with this mostly wrong order Update: A month later and ordered again this time both pizzas i ordered arrived with about a gallon of buffalo sauce on each one this is insane need to start letting other pizza businesses move into town maybe they would care about their customers instead of offering a crappy coupon for their mistakes until then im done with Disastero’s pizza

I placed a delivery order for a person in dire need, who hadn’t eaten in days and had asked for help. I placed the order, but the pizza never arrived. When I called the next day to inquire about the situation, I was informed that there was no one home, despite the fact that she had been sitting outside all day waiting and had sent me text messages to prove her presence. I spoke to the manager, but she was unhelpful. All I wanted was to have the pizza redelivered, but she informed me that she couldn’t deliver it and had to do a carryout. She returned my money, but when I tried to reorder through the app, I couldn’t. It seemed like I was blocked from delivering to the same address. The manager was no help and didn’t care to rectify the situation.

I travel nonstop for work and have never given a review for anything until now, I prefer to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this place set the bar.. I had a bad experience around a month ago when I placed an order and had to wait 48 minutes after their "tracker" showed my food was waiting for delivery. When I called to question when it would come, I sat on hold for 12 minutes before just giving up. When the driver showed up, she said the "tracker" was wrong.. anyways, I let that experience go. Tonight I placed an online order at 7:10pm and used a coupon from the website. According to the website, it would be delivered around 7:50pm at the latest. When it was 7:50pm I looked at my email receipt to confirm the time it said and realized the coupon had not been applied. I called
