Domino's Pizza

For years I would not eat Domino's Pizza. Several months ago I decided to try them again. The pizza was really good, I was happily surprised. We have been eating it regularly since. We love the chicken and spinach pie with the stuffed crust. Very good, and very fast. Affordable as well.

Ordered some bread bites and lava cakes, normally things are pretty good. I opened my lava cakes to see they were smashed into one another. We order a contactless delivery and to just leave the food on the porch and the delivery guy just stood there kind of creepily until we walked up and said I needed to sign the receipt. I was confused because for all prior contactless deliveries I’ve never once had to sign anything because I paid online. I kind of understand that. But the lava cakes being smashed like come on domino’s.

This place is trash. They not only refused to deliver my food because they said it was "outside of their service map..." Even though one of their "pinpoint delivery spots" is the corner by my house. I could have walked 2 minutes down the road and they would have delivered it if I ordered it that way... they let me put a mobile order through using their app before calling me and telling me i couldn't. Why is my address accepted if it is outside of their delivery map? When I eventually said I was coming to pick the food up, they canceled my order. Left a pending charge on my bank account and expected me to re-pay for the food. When I was upset 2 employees got in my face, and one even tried to come out through a side door to come after me. Found this in my chicken Alfredo, called, the worker was nice but the manager answered with a “yo” and I felt like he didn’t take me seriously, he offered to send over another one, but after seeing this I don’t want to eat from there again.

The dude behind the counter did the thing! Couldn't have asked for a better experience
