Domino's Pizza

I ordered a small pepperoni and chicken pizza at 5:20 pm, and by 6:00 pm the pizza hadn’t even been made yet. I tried calling the store and no one answered, so I canceled the order and ordered from another place. At 6:30 pm a man called me; I could barely understand what he was saying because of his accent. He yelled a few things in his native language and then shouted in English: “I will cancel the order.” Terrible customer service. They can’t deliver food in under 30 minutes, they’re rude to customers, and even after I canceled the order, they kept bothering me just for their own amusement.

Ordered over 25 pizzas- the customer service was amazing, the price was great and product was ready on time and they even helped me put it in my car.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered a pizza and breadbites from this location as I have a few times before. The food never arrived and when I called to complain I was told the driver waited for 20 minutes and called me several times, which is NOT TRUE. I have absolutely zero missed calls and I order from dominos all the time and have never had this issue. I tried to call to let them know and was lied to about it. Store clearly run poorly. Particularly the opening manager.

In contrast, I have consistently ordered from Domino’s Pizza, and this is the only establishment that has never deviated from my order. Furthermore, their food is consistently delivered on time and remains fresh.

I Order chicken Alfredo pasta , they don’t give me any chicken in it , and a small portions, don’t think it worth $ 6.99 .
