Domino's

I placed an order at the Domino’s Pizza in Elizabeth New Jersey on Westfield Avenue. They told me it would take about 30 to 40 minutes one hour had passed. I called him about my order. They said he just left another hour had passed. I called back again. They said it would be leaving in 15 minutes so they lied to me now 2 1/2 hours have gone by they never brought my order. I called back and complained to the assistant manager at night time. My order never came. I called back multiple times and they kept on hanging up on me. This is the second time this location has done this to me trying to reach to corporate headquarters to complain before I contact the Better Business Bureau and nobody picks up the phone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint about this parti

The Dominos on Lans Mill RD in Brick NJ is horrible. Ordered pizza wings cheesy bread garlic twists for the football game. Ordered at 3:00p. Pizza came out of the oven at 3:38. Pizza was shipped out at 4:13 pm 45 minutes from when it came out of the oven. Know it gets better the driver made me the last stop I am around the corner from the store. I will never order a Doninos pizza again the food was so cold we could not eat it. Called the store the manager said do you want me to make you a new order. I said why so I can wait another 2 hours to get my food. Well Steve at this store is a douch bag!!!!!

They offer online delivery charge your card call over an hour later and refuse to give a refund. Had the audacity to ask if I wanted to pick it up. New Castle Delaware dominos are thieves

Went to Dominos with my husband last night on Main Street in Hackensack, NJ and the service was absolutely despicable. My husband placed an order for 2 sandwiches and soda for a total of $25.69. The person who took our order, was going to send us out with the order when my husband checked it the sandwich shown was part of that order. He the Manager stated the burned part was just cheese, ignoring the fact there was hardly any chicken, just burned bread and cheese. His staff for some reason, found our complaint to be funny. If this is how Dominos chooses to do business, it's sad. This young man, represented Dominos poorly and his staff, took cues from him and they too thought his responses to us, were funny. We have been ordering from this location a few times and usually the pizza is good. Today was not the case, the dough was not as good as other times, we got the wrong drink and it took them an hour or so to deliver the order. Very disappointing! I hope the service starts to improve. Thanks.
