Domino’s

This dominos is one to stay away from. We tried to give this store chance after but literally every other order at least one pizza was not edible. I have a child who just wants xtra cheese pizza with LIGHT sauce... pretty simple right? Guess not. Whoever the lady was who answered the phone here tonight, Sunday 2/1 about 8pm was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of saying im sorry that your order got messed up yet again (this was our 2nd or 3rd time calling within the past 6 months even though we got pizzas we just took the loss on and didnt bother contacting them. We truly hate having to complain) the woman says why dont you just not order from us, you complain too much and hung up on us... oh believe me we will no longer be but no, how about if you cant understand between LIGHT s

The woman that was the only one in the shop took the time to listen to my father's concern of not being able to talk to someone when he called. She was unable to answer the phone because of the continuous online orders coming in as the Patriots were on T.V. that Sunday. She was nice enough to make him some breadstick bites for his trouble and that made his day. A very considerate and appreciated move on her part that ensured his continued business for the future.

Felt like a sausage and pepper pizza small and large were the same price I decided on the large must’ve been the same amount of dough because it was too thin to pick up and gross grease. it largely depends on whether or not you’re a good pizza maker because a Domino’s in Washington DC sausage pepper was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had

Every time we have ordered online from this location we have had missing items, wrong items, and floppy, raw pizza. The staff struggles to interpret written orders placed online, and struggle to understand spoken word over the phone. Management have no interpersonal skills and fail to mitigate customer issues. Dominoes is good, but not this one. Order your food from literally anywhere else, there’s a Petsmart in that plaza, you’ll probably have better luck there.
