If you want truly the most authentic pho, this is the place to go! A mom and pop shop, the broth is super beefy and lots of fresh aromatics in the pho! They have honeycomb tripe! That’s something you’ll only find made by a relative! Definitely worth out and honestly I way better than Pho KC. Highly recommend!

We read about the lunch soup at Dolphin Tea and were excited to try it. We called ahead because we read about them selling out and we were coming in from out of town. It didn’t disappoint! We had the wonton with pork. We ordered milk tea and a Dolphin drink. All of it was soooo good. The flavors were authentic and fresh. Tough to beat! Such a welcoming and clean place. A must try. We can’t wait to try more off their lunch menu!

great customer service . I got the herbal drink and the Vietnamese Gumbo. ( Bún mắm) . It really take me for a surprise. they have great authentic food here in the middle of Kansas

The working in the final prep area, where the food goes right before it comes to the customer, were coughing quite a bit, we should have left then but we stayed. We explained to lady who took our order that my gf has severe pork allergies and can't have it at all, so they put pork on her shrimp spring rolls and acted upset when we sent it back reiterating the pork issues. My food had very little flavor, which was very disappointing. The part that finished it off for me was when I went to the dirty restroom that had no paper towels and the soap bottle that had some soap in it, there were a few empty ones sitting there too, was watered down so much that it felt like I was just using water. If they had gotten an honest inspection by the state that day I have no doubt they would have been shut
