Dolomiti

Cool spot for lunch to avoid the typical fast casual. Super fresh and flavorful sandwiches!! Can see and taste wach ingredient. Got the diavolo and worth the drive to come. Fig spread is a little sweet for my taste but does balance the spice and flavor of the meat nicely. Overall extremely good and worth the few bucks more. I’d recommend a free water station for a drink. The sandwich doesn’t come with a combo so gets price with drink and chips, but still worth it.

Not bad, not bad at all stopped in on my break figured it'd be quick for a sandwich but this wasn't just any sandwich and there was only one young guy making sandwiches and the person ahead of me ordered at least four subs another person ahead of me I believe had two, so it was a bit of a wait however the sandwich was huge, fresh, and the bread was baked just right. Unfortunately they don't have any type of hot peppers, he mentioned they had some sort of peppers but they were sweet, capers or artichoke hearts would have taken it over the top or peppers lol. I had the turkey specialty sub, I definitely will return in the future. Thanks!

First thing I saw walking in was fresh burrata being hand pulled. That's an amazing sign. The staff was wonderful and suggested the Southside Pope, which didn't disappoint. Driving past this little gem was a great start to the week. Can't recommend it enough and I'll be looking for an excuse to venture out again

The sandwiches were delicious! A quick detour off I-57 and we had much better food than the usual mediocre at best chain restaurants. The menu and the ingredients were way above average. I make this drive every month and can’t wait to go back. Great options with high quality meats and vegetarian options too!

I have been to Dolomiti several times now and must say, the staff is always friendly, they make great recommendations for menu items that a customer may not have tried yet, and most importantly you get your moneys worth. Speaking specifically to the south side pope sandwich, the three times iv gotten it, the portions have been outstanding, the ingredients and taste as well. Dolomiti is honestly a gem for the area and I highly recommend you check it out.
