Dollar General

As someone who frequents Dollar General often for the good deals and coupons, this has to be hands down the best store I’ve encountered. The customer service is outstanding and the store manager goes above and beyond. If you need to shop at DG, this is the one I’d recommend. They truly care about their patrons, and it shows in every interaction I’ve had with them.

The ladies that work here are very kind and help you if tou can't find stuff.

Overstocked, too many boxes of freight in the isle's so bad that it's hard to go down the isle to get what you need( not the employee's fault they just don't know where else to put it.) Customer service however is very good. These employee's work their butts off! Sad as I had discovered the employees also have to scrub the floor after closing. Seriously! Not fair to these employee's to also be responsible for the cleaning of the floor.

The store was in much better condition than how I saw it a month ago. The team has really made strides in keeping the store stocked and organized. Much easier to find things I was needing. I couldn't bring myself to rate it 5 stars, because it was really hot in there. I felt bad for the employees since they'll be in there all day moving around way more than someone just shopping. The manager, Tyler, and assistant manager, Rosa, were the only ones in the store during my visit and they were welcoming, friendly, and willing to help locate items. It's nice to receive exceptional customer service!

I can't wait until the new store is open. It's nearly impossible to navigate the aisles, as they're in a constant state of unpacking. I can't recall any time in recent history when I haven't gone in and there hasn't been metal carts and stacks of boxes all over the store. The staff is great, don't get me wrong. Everyone who works there has been wonderful and friendly every time I've gone. The store itself is too small for what they try to cram into it and creates a less than ideal shopping experience.
