Dolce

Dolce is by far my favorite coffee shop in town! The owners are involved and kind, the baristas are knowledgeable and friendly, and the food and drinks are AMAZING. Not to mention, the atmosphere is perfect! A trendy casual coffee shop during the day turned into L’Uva, an elevated wine bar in the evening. 10/10 establishment, great work!

Dolce has the market cornered on gelato, being the only place that serves it within any reasonable driving distance. However, that hasn't made the owners lazy. It is a carefully thought out corner shop that makes good use of the limited space. The flavors they serve are unique and refreshing, with odd ones like Honey & Goat Cheese (which admittedly I loved because I'm weird). The prices are good and the atmosphere, while not entirely cozy, is quaint and relaxing. Overall, the design is not perfect but well thought out all the same, it is well priced and unique, and well worth a stop on a summer day or evening.

They serve nice, cool gelatos (I had Cookies & Cream) and sorbets, along with coffee and other treats when you want something sweet, as well as fresh-baked bagels (and more) in the mornings for when you want something savory.

tried the pumpkin spice latte! so very yum! the baristas were so helpful and recommended the vanilla in it, it was fantastic!!

We stopped by after my wife finished the Starkville half marathon and the young lady working behind the counter (by herself) couldn’t have been any sweeter!! She got my wife her drink crazy fast and wished us well. The menu looked like it had some great food options too so it wouldn’t hurt my feelings to grab something to eat here if we’re ever back in town.
