Doc's Riverside Grille

Enjoyed a casual lunch today at Doc's. It was breezy, so we chose to eat indoors. It was less busy than the patio and quieter. Our Turkey Rubie and fish-and-chips meals were very good. Portions were quite generous. Our server was friendly, although the cook brought our food, and two other wait staff combined to take care of us; so continuity was a little lacking.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Rehoboth. Delicious food, reasonable prices and fast friendly service! Way better value than seafood restaurants on Kent Island. Can’t wait to return. ps- amazing cream of crab soup!

Visited Wednesday, March 26, 2025: It’s been many moons since we’ve come to eat at this establishment. We started off at Colosseum Pizza but the cook/order taker had an atrocious attitude. But hey, my belief, things happen for a reason! It was around 7:30p. We arrived to a busy night for a Wednesday. However, no waiting to sit in the dining room side of the restaurant. I must add, our hostess and waiter were SUPERB!!! As was our food! To my disgraceful memory, I can’t for the life of me remember their names! What did we order, you wonder 🤔? Have a look at my pics. Might as well make your mouth water! Overall: I’d love to come back. No disappointment here!

I came here to celebrate my nephews birthday with family. We had a late lunch and got to enjoy the views of the river as the sun set. Our server was attentive and very sweet. The staff made sure we were well taken care of and my nephew especially enjoyed his birthday. The food was really good. Great food quality and taste. I will note that we did order spinach and crab dip that tasted more like a crab bisque than dip and had very little spinach but it still tasted pretty good. Everything else was great. Will definitely return.

I visited Doc's Riverside Grille the Saturday before Mother's Day. It was busy, but my dinner companion and I were able to be seated right away. My meal was the prime rib sandwich. I chose applesauce and coleslaw for my sides. Prime Rib was excellent!! It was seasoned well, tender and cooked to my liking. The bread was buttered and appeared to have been toasted on a grill. Applesauce had the right amount of sweetness with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Cole slaw was just okay to me. There was a missing ingredient. I had a cocktail, the peach mule served in a tin cup. It was great!! Our server was very pleasant and attentive.
