Dock's

I visited this place for lunch today. Customer service was pleasant and professional. Young lady working the front was serious but not with an attitude, she doubted checked each order as she was passing them out. I ordered 2 fishwish sandwiches and the windy city wings. The wings we jumbo (bigger than i would like) plus they had a sauce that was kind of spicy. So I returned those and got the regular wings. I'm so glad I did that, those wings were some of the BEST I've had in a very long time. I called back to give my compliments to the chef. My Docks was definitely a positive one. They delivered professionalism, good customer service and great food.

Normally I'm a dog seater from time to time but the last two times I've been there it's been terrible that's why it's best to check your food before you leave establishments. I asked for cheese and extra tartar sauce and I didn't get either I won't be back for a while.

DIANA greeted us as soon as we came through the door. The cashier DIANA was very polite. She also was very informative and suggestive. She also said THANK YOU. That doesn’t happen to often at fast food restaurants lately.

So i called in an order on Saturday afternoon. The girl who took the order kept messing up the order. Then there website says hush puppies but she tells me they dont have those. Get there to get my food and there is no docks containers it is crazy food containers. The food smelled of burned old grease. The food itself has no flavor at all ,no lemon pepper and the size of the fish was not docks . I was very disappointed and a total waste of my 50.00. Dont ever go to this location.
