Dippin' Dots & Doc Popcorn: Tanger Outlet Mall at Foxwoods

I always have a craving for popcorn wherever I go. The smell alone was inviting, so I stopped in. You can't go wrong with Better Butter. I really wanted to try the Apple Crisp. It wasn't bad, but not the greatest. Also $5.50 for a small was kind of pricey.

walked in, instantly had this woman death staring us from over the counter, we were trying to look at the menu and stayed back from the counter so we werent in the way if anyone wanted to order. She kept staring at us, when my girlfriend asked “are you guys closed”, and then she said flat out “you gonna order or what”. at that point we just didnt even know what to say so we walked out, disappointed that we didnt get the dessert we wanted because of this interaction.

Great flavors of popcorn the dill and apple crunch (I think it was called) were the best. Always get a large tin of buttered popcorn. Ever time you visit you can bring your tin and have it filled, then get a punch on your card, after I believe 6 punches you get a free refill.

Went there this past weekend for the Dipping dots ice cream and ended up with a case of colitis! what a terrible experience and will never again eat there. This place is known more for its popcorn than the ice cream so stay away from the Dipping Dots!

Nothing great half of bag was crumbs was going to buy a few flavors asked the worker what their favorite was and other questions about several flavor and got nothing out of them ... stuck with a bag of butter and tasted like I should have spent my $5 on smartfood. Teaching staff to be more knowledgeable and personable would boost word of mouth and help business.
