Dinky Diner is a true gem, one of the last remaining old diners in central Nevada. Nestled in the historic town of Goldfield, it serves as the perfect pit stop whether you’re traveling from Reno to Las Vegas or making the journey in reverse. The diner exudes a nostalgic charm, offering classic comfort food that hits the spot after hours on the road. The ambiance inside is as authentic as it gets, with vintage decor and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, making it an ideal place to refuel before continuing your journey. While you’re there, be sure to take a short detour about a mile down the road to explore the quirky car cemetery. It’s an intriguing slice of local history and adds to the unique experience of stopping

The food was great and the prices seem stuck in the 1990's. Excellent service, excellent prices and excellent food, with a side of history. The only negative is they don't advertise the location very well and you might miss out on a old-timey restaurant.

The food was delicious with perfect quantities. My husband had the chili omelette and, from the looks of his clean plate, it was delicious. I had the basic eggs and bacon breakfast with a side of their country gravy. The gravy was excellent, especially on the country potatoes which were the perfect mix of crisp and tender. The bacon was of good size and nicely crisp without being burnt. The eggs were perfectly over easy. The place was clean and charming, the perfect diner atmosphere. We will defin
