I had a bad experience with this ice cream company. Their salesperson took back the cooler and did not provide credit for the products left. I tried to resolve the issue but did not get proper support. I hope they improve their customer service and business ethics. Other customers and store owners should confirm credit policy before working with them

My appointment was at 08:30 the guys are pretty cool unloaded full truck of ice cream in 30 min. The blue circle is marked was the dock i unloaded! The first few dock look like pretty much impossible due to all the cars and box trucks parked everywhere. Make sure you come on Pennsylvania ave the receiver being on your left or Florida ave and you can pretty much back in. That intersection is a disaster people are coming from everywhere and everyone is in a hurry. What i did was i used the Pennsylvania Avenue to backing up and did a pull up on to Florida ave and backed right in. I didn’t give a damn if anyone had to wait take your time and don’t hit anything. I recommend if you see that dock open I would park so that you are not on the street stressing where to park and check in. No truck st

Very nice place to deliver to. I’m a rookie driver and it was very easy to back into the dock here so do not be scared off by the other reviews stating a 53 foot trailer can’t back in. The staff were friendly. The unload was fast. I look forward to delivering here again.

Plenty of room to back once you block the street! Nice employees. Even a place to buy ice cream while you wait!
