Diner

This is one of the best small town restaurants I have ever been to! The food is great, the family running it make you feel comfortable right away! The food is so good! I have had breakfast and lunch here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good burger or great breakfast! Lots of other items, that's just all I've had there! Update: This restaurant was sold after 20 yrs this spring. I wanted to update my review to say the new owner/s have done an amazing job and the food is still delicious! Im a sucker for their breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, best omelets around, and chicken fried steak to name a few, are sooooo good! They create a laid back super comfortable atmosphere! Bring them your business! You won't be disappointed!

This is a hidden Gem in this town. If you are in the area passing thru, I Highly recommend that you do. New Ownership is a JOY to talk with and works along side hi staff. Ole school diner style eating and Wonderful portions for the $$.

Cozy small town diner with amazing breakfast and friendly service.

I like places that don't spend a ton of money on marketing their brand. All a restaurant really needs to do is serve outstanding food for a reasonable price. I figured a place with a name like "The Diner" would live up to that ethos, and it didn't disappoint. Like everyone's already said, the burgers and chicken salad are phenomenal. The quality of the meat really stands out, and something tells me the US Foods truck doesn't stop here. The place is super unpretentious and the building doesn't even have a sign so it's easy to miss. Not that the locals need directions, but if you're driving down I-90, give this place a shot.

Very much a hole-in-the-wall cafe. Staff friendly and cordial. Facility clean and quaint. Just the right size, 6 large tables with additional counter seating. One unisex bathroom that is clean and attractive. Coffee $1.⁷⁵. The menu says one free refill, which might be for other beverages. Most items are $9.⁰⁰ or under, that includes large portions. Only 3 entrees over $10.⁰⁰. Closes a 2pm. Was told Breakfast served all day, traditional shredded hashbrowns come out crispy (just the way I like them). I would definitely recommend this place if you like a traditional hometown cafe. Menu photos as of July 2024.
