Been waiting weeks for copies of my complaint,apparently they dont keep a record of them REALLY!!?? Talked to Todd last thursday and said he was mailing them after he tries to remember my complaints and a week later still no report,Mallory said they were on the way in mail too ,but i get mail from Tennessee faster than in my own town. They told the landlord he needed to pull up tiles in another apartment here and that was almost a year ago. It hasn't been done yet and they haven't come back to see if it was done. There's something seriously wrong here.
Very impressed with both Todd and Rosalind. Very knowledgeable and on top of things.
