Diggers is the place to go in the Bay Area for anything! I took my son here for his birthday breakfast today and it was our first visit and we got to meet the owner Digger Who was just an amazing human being in so many ways. We went on a Saturday, which is the day that he likes to be there and our waitress. Allison gave us the perfect service and made my son‘s birthday really special so I gave her a $40 tip!!! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt 100% comfortable at a restaurant and so welcomed. Ordered from here via DoorDash, asked for my burger to be well done when it got delivered. It was rare. I called them and they said to bring it back and they would give me a new one. Just bring back the other one which I did along with the fries that I had got to go with the burger they swapped out my burger barely wanted to give me fresh fries. Had to get approval from the kitchen manager, and then when I asked for ranch, they wanted to charge me for it. I don’t understand what is wrong with people these days who cannot be accountable for their mistakes. Here is an update with the picture. The burger is still not well done
