Dig Inn

I’m surprised I hadn’t tried this place sooner. The food is simple and delicious, fast, and healthy (if you want). The staff are friendly and the real plates, knives and forks for dine in are a great touch. It’s great to be able to get something fast without having to deal with a flimsy plastic fork/knife. Real food should be accompanied by real utensils.

I regularly visit Dig in Georgetown for lunch, and the experience is consistently solid. The food is always good, service is timely, and the team keeps things moving even during busy periods. Special kudos to Marquita. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. I’ve seen her confidently handling a busy station with a long line and limited support, all while staying efficient and friendly. She truly makes a difference.

I had an online order for their crispy chicken, in which I opened it up to parts of the inside being pink. I immediately called them once I saw that, and they offered me a refund. Told me the refund would take a few days, however they ended up lying and saying in my refund receipt that “customer said food was too cold” which is NOT what I said. They served me RAW chicken, and I uploaded plenty of photos of it to their “contact us” link. Super unfortunate.

Update: Dig Inn customer service reached out and handled the situation professionally and with empathy. I visited the restaurant today and the service was absolutely amazing. They fixed it, the server was friendly and I’m glad I’m able to enjoy Dig’s healthy food again! I changed my review to 5 stars based on the last interaction and how the situation was handled. I wish other companies would do the same. Old post: I’ve been a loyal customer at Dig In Georgetown for a long time. I used to love the food, the service, and I always left a generous tip (often 35%+) because I appreciated the hard work of the staff. Unfortunately, in recent months, both the food and service quality have gone down dramatically. My last visit was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Order #69 on 9/10/25

Our first time at DIG and oh my what a pleasant experience. Upon sharing with the employee who prepared our bowls that’s it’s our first time- she made sure to explain how it works and give the absolute best recommendations. The food is so so flavorful and the price is unmatched! DIG FAN from now on 🙏🏼🙏🏼☺️
