Dickinson County Library, Main Branch

What an incredible resource for the community! They dont just have books they lend out snowshoes, wifi hotspots, and not to mention the free classes and programs they do every month. Before you buy another book you dont need or pay ridiculous rental fees, give them a call and see if they already have it.

Love this library and incredibly helpful staff! They are always working on improvements, and host a wide variety of events for the community, including semi-annual book sales, an annual Prom Dress Swap, reading programs for adults and kids, musical guests and speakers, and craft activities for all ages, including take-home projects. They are also very helpful to other community groups, and do their best to participate in Iron Mountain's events like Ladies Night, the Christmas tree lighting festivities, Fourth of July parade, and the weekly musical programs that happen during the summer.

Dickinson Library Main branch never disappoints! My 4 yo grandson had an amazing time today, as usual and got to check out a new fun batch of puppets, after playing with all the awesome things the Library has to offer! 5 stars across the board ✨️

The Dickinson County Library is the BEST. It is ran by very knowledgeable efficient & very courteous people. I am made to feel very welcomed and the employees are very proactive to serve the public. I can not say enough how well it is ran. I couldn't ask anything from them because it's like they know before I even ask. They are the BEST!!!

This place is my favorite place to be. The staff is always very respectful to me as well as my service dog. There are tons of books to choose from, and the staff is always happy to help you find what you're looking for!
