Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Ok so my problem isn't the food, the food is always really good that I get. The problem is the service or lack there of...I curbside everytime I order here, and I always arrive and park right in front of the door. I'm having some ankle issues going on so If curbside is offered I do it. But everytime I order from here and pull up...they never bring me my food. I'll generally give them 10 mins to bring it to me just incase they are busy, short handed, or whatever...I work in food service, so I understand things get busy. Anyway I always have to call and remind them, they usually act like they didn't know they had a curbside, then someone that acts like I'm making them do something they don't like, brings me my food. I know not to expect a I'm sorry or even a have a good day. Ya'll just need

I love the food here and normally the people working here, However today I came in and I saw an older lady who I guess works there she came in and started yelling and cursing at the employees who were currently working. They seemed to be doing their job but she seemed strung out or something but yelling at the older boy seemed to be in his teens for random things. She hadn’t been there but 2 mins and started yelling at this poor kid. I turned around and walked out. That’s not how an employee needs to be treated. Come to find out she’s a manager that’s not good. She looked like she was on something and mad at the world and taking it out on them. I have been here before and have seen these two other employees. Pulled pork sandwiches were pulled from box previously made with cold meat. The only thing that heated the sandwiches up was pouring the warm bbq sauce on them.
