Dickey's Barbecue Pit

We stumbled upon this place during our Nashville trip in 2019. The barbecue and fixings were simply incredible. My husband then discovered that we now have a smaller location just a short drive away. Although it’s smaller than the original in Nashville, it still offers the same amazing food that we fell in love with. If you’re a barbecue enthusiast, you should definitely give it a try.

I ordered through UberEats today, to treat myself in the middle of a very hectic workday. I ordered this Slider Combo. Not realizing the photo on the app is of their regular, much bigger sandwich and side of Mac n Cheese (falsely advertised). This portion is really for a toddler... absolutely tiny. I am starving. The drink was bigger than the meal. Read carefully and don't do what I did. Huge bummer. I know they aren't in charge of the online app at all - they did get the order correct, just not what I expected.

12/26/18: 4.0 out 5 - For all intent and purpose, I am looking at the food and taste through the perspective as being "mall food". Dickey's Barbeque Pit has been at the Clackamas Town Center ongoing 9 months. In my honest opinion, the food is tasty considering it was a little pass 7 PM. It was unfortunate that Dickey's sold out of the ribs and chicken. However, the Pulled Pork, Brisket, Turkey, and the Jalapeno Cheddar Kielbasa along with the Creamed Spinach, Mac & Cheese, and cornbread filled me well. As for the service of the staff, I got great, friendly service and it was attentive. They were quick to answer our questions. What more can you ask for at the mall food court? Tried the 2-for-1 three-meat plate. Portions were good, but the flavor was a bit underwhelming. The fried okra stood out though—crispy and delicious. Overall, an okay option if you’re craving BBQ, but not a standout.

I ordered the 3 meat plate for $21 expecting a lot of meat, but what I got was 3 tiny portions. This is a legal scam. For sides I got the green beans with "bacon" and the baked beans. The baked beans were actually good, but the green beans had 0 pieces of bacon. They also were watery. Service wise the guy was friendly. I was severly disappointed.
