DICED Salads, Wraps & Bowls - Raleigh

Love this location!! Fresh decoration and layout…. Super positive vibes and energy from the salad pros to the store manager Frank! Good to get some work in too 🤓

The salads are fantastic. Unfortunately the service is lacking and I will never go back. The first bad experience was with an employee who had a terrible attitude. The second was this past Sunday. My husband and I arrived at 11:30. The door was locked. An employee looked at us from a distance and shook her head. Couldn't be bothered to come to the door and offer any explanation as to why they were not open. We were so disappointed. We traveled all the way from Franklinton. Never again.

I just tried for the first time a few days ago and already had to get more today. I've only ordered online so far and haven't been in person yet, but my salads were so incredibly fresh and well made. There's a ton of different topping options from fruit and vegetables to crunchy stuff. Perfect portions. The chicken, steak, and shrimp are simple but flavorful. Honey dijon and Sweet Chipotle dressings are amazing and I can't wait to try the others. I'll definitely continue ordering regularly and try more of the menu because it fits so well with my current health journey. **I used some of the dressing before taking the photo. I just wanted to reassure that they do actually fill the cup all the way, lol.

I was blown away by the amazing team at Diced! Erica, Micah, Aries, and Charles not only work in great harmony with one another, they were all kind, knowledgeable about the menu options, engaging, and made sure to thank each guest for stopping in. The store was clean and food was fresh (everything looked like it was replenished regularly) and it taste wonderful! This was my first visit, but it most definitely will not be my last!

The food here is fresh and perfect if you’re on a calorie count. I recommend any salad. I’ve tried four (so far) and they’re all really good. I haven’t tried the wraps but I imagine they’re pretty good. The dressings are unique and tasty. Service is “ok”. The current weekend staff is not overly friendly but they’re efficient (pick your battles..). The space is very small and can be quite congested when the lines are long. I’ll definitely return.
