At the concert event is food feels like heaven. The warm cup of tea in this cold weather just wow..Even I forgot to take other pictures their halim, polau, roast was the best. Love their food always……Must visit..!!!

Was searching for some Bengali food and chanced upon this recently opened gem... Dhansiri, Northern VA... Serving delicious opaar Bangla fare.. Enough to appeal to the bangal in us.. Rui Mach two ways, Kalia and Alu Tomato r jhol, Chingri Bhorta, Ilish Fry and some Gur Cha to end! Everything was just fantastic and made with care... Food was not just delightful but an experience too! Also packed some Beef Tehari and Goat Kachhi Biryani which were excellent as well, especially the Tehari... Definitely going back sometime soon!

Iftar buffet scam-This place was so bad Don’t waste your money We had a reservation for the iftar buffet for 8 adults ,travelled from New York to try this spot. they served us in boxes and portioned our food so badly in a small little box that none of us could eat the dinner , two spoons of rice khichuri and tehari and when we asked for more they said they were out Service was terrible The woman working was rude. Horrible experience Not recommended at all

The ambience of the place, the service from the staffs and the taste of the food kept me reminding the authentic Bangladeshi food culture. Specially the Tea. Fantabulous.

As a family, we tried the Iftar buffet at Dhanshiri today. I genuinely like supporting small community businesses, and although I was initially planning to go to a Pakistani restaurant, I changed my mind at the last minute because Dhanshiri was offering a buffet. Unfortunately, this was one of the most unusual buffet experiences I’ve ever had. The food was not self-serve. Instead, the staff served fixed portions, and customers were not given the option to choose what or how much they wanted. I understand that food waste can be a concern, but when you advertise something as a buffet—especially at $23 per person—customers expect flexibility and choice.
