I really enjoyed my visit here. I'm from Michigan, but haven't lived there in a while. This place really felt like home. Salid bar has some good stuff that goes good with the meals. Would be great if it had spinach, but then too it would feel less like home. I had the ribs and they were some of the best I've ever had, which I ate with a fork because they were so tender. Genuinely fantastic and a good amount of BBQ sauce. Not slathered but some in every bite, or just about. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also really excellent.

UPDATE November 2023 - Chicken wings are now $.70 each. Thank you Biden-flation. Good food, decent price. Came on 60¢ wing night and the place was packed. The service was slow because they didn't have enough people but the food was good.

I've visited a couple of times now and have nothing but great things to say! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The food was amazing! First visit, I had the broasted chicken, yum!! The second visit I had the prime rib sandwich, and OMG, THAT PRIME RIB!!!! Was, simply put, one of the best I've ever had! Don't hesitate to stop in and get the prime rib or that prime rib sandwich! Wow! I'll be sure to make my way over there again before I head home!!! 👍👍👍

Dexter's fish never disappoints! The walleye is my favorite, but the perch is amazing, too. The sides are great and everything always comes out perfect!

Got a BLT old bread, no mayo. Got a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup so thick you could not eat it. Told the waitress about it and she threw her arm up as to say “Oh Well”.
