Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else I’ve heard there’s lots of locations downtown from the tunnel to take your packages. We went three weeks ago to pick a package up. There was an older woman. They had lost her package because they had said someone had already picked it up And truly could’ve cared less we went last week. There was a gentleman and his wife there and the woman that works there told him they did not have his package that came from FedEx. I have it right here that it was delivered. She flat out said we don’t check what comes in so even though they say they delivered out our packages, we don’t check it. Are you kidding me? What are we paying them for parking? Awesome service, extremely friendly riendly staff, always secure, been with them for about 2-3 years now, always a great, respectful, responsible professional service

Service has been great the last few years. However, I am disappointed with the move to a new location by Gordie Howe bridge and that there was no communication about it. Showed up at Jefferson location, during their open hours as per google, to a sign on the door stating they were closed and moving packages to their new address. Unfortunately, I will have to find a different service, the new location is too far out of the way.

Highly recommend. Very good customer service and easily accessible from the tunnel when crossing the border.
